ABOUT ME

Hi, My name is Paul Hammond

I lost my previous job due to a car accident, so I decided to venture into fitness, which was my passion. I went to London YMCA college and I  trained to be a personal trainer; Although I still suffer with  pain,  I  manage  my pain through my exercises, this helps me mentally and physically.

I refuse to let my  shoulder and back pain stop me from my beloved sports. I am able to enjoy most physical activities like  running football, cycling, tennis and much more. 

I believe that all the experience and knowledge that I have gained, I can use this  to help you.  If you are struggling with fatigue, tiredness, joint problems  or need help with weight loss,  weight gaining, muscle building or toning.
